Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over ₹499. For orders under ₹499, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
Currently we do not accept returns but offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Exchange Policy:
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are only applicable for size or defective product replacements.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Once the exchange or replacement is initiated, the exchange item will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.
Customers will be required to bear the shipping charges for exchanges. However, once the exchange is successfully processed, the amount paid to the courier partner for the exchange will be credited back as Strudoo Cash to the store credit. Please note that 1 Strudoo Cash equals 1 rupee, which can be used for future purchases on our website
